My fertility experience took me on a massive journey. I’d wanted children for as long as I could remember. I spent years of my life trying to have a baby and I was miserable. I never thought for a moment that I’d end up childless. I eventually came to a place of acceptance and that’s when things changed.


Coming out the other side of my experience I feel at peace with not being a mother. I understand that there are many ways to love, find purpose, nurture, create and find fulfilment. I know what it’s like to yearn for a baby with all of your heart, and I know what it takes to make peace with that. Doing so was life-changing for me and it can be for you too.

Coaching and Counselling for Women Childless By Circumstance

Childless, childless not by choice (CNBC), childless by circumstance, involuntary childlessness, or infertile, it doesn’t matter how you describe yourself, if you’ve found yourself here, then chances are you’re feeling alone, angry, scared, sad and many of the other emotions that come with not being a mother when you desperately want to.

Coming to the end of your fertility journey is tough. It feels painful and confusing. We’re afraid we’ll always feel miserable, always be triggered, but it doesn't have to be.

You don’t need to figure it out on your own. It may not feel like it but along with grief, there can be growth and self-discovery. I want to support you in your healing and help you create a life where you get to live fully.

Coaching helps you:

This is for all those for whom having a baby has not worked out. 

It doesn’t matter if you stopped trying yesterday or years ago, or never had the opportunity to try. You feel the pain of childlessness and need support to heal and move forward.

Coaching is also for you if you're at a crossroads. Maybe you’re unsure if it's time to stop. The right support will help you explore when, and if, it is the right time to move forward. 

Coaching also helps those who for whatever reason have not had the opportunity to try for a baby. 

Because the coaching is 1:1 it can be personalised and tailored to what you need.  It meets you exactly where you are.

 Coaching will:

  • help you process and heal the trauma of infertility

  • help you process and heal the grief of not having a child

  • ​teach you effective coping strategies

  • provide you with tools and techniques

  • take you through a step-by-step process

  • adapt to your individual needs and circumstances

  • clear emotional blocks or beliefs that stop you from moving forward

  • help create a positive mindset

How Coaching Works

We’ll schedule some time for a quick phone call, so we can get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit to work together.


You’ll understand more about the coaching process and if coaching is right for you.

Once you decide if coaching is for you, you’ll book your first session when most convenient for you.

Sessions can be in-person or online and are personalised to your needs.  They can include a range of techniques. 

We’ll have regular calls and you’ll receive support as needed between sessions. You’ll feel good about yourself, your body, and your future.
