Mindfulness for Fertility is a wonderful opportunity to experience how mindfulness can help you deal with the emotional impact and stress of infertility. 

You’ll learn practical and simple mindfulness techniques to help you cope on your fertility journey. Kathryn has first-hand experience of this challenge and will share how mindfulness has been instrumental in helping her. 

Evidence shows that mindfulness reduces the emotional impact and stress of infertility. Research suggests it may even lead to increased conception rates.

Who is this for? This beginner course is designed for women who are struggling to conceive and who want to learn more about Mindfulness and enjoy its many benefits. It can help you at any stage of your fertility journey – whether you are just starting out, undergoing treatment, or coming to the end of your experience. 

Will I just be sitting and meditating? Not at all! The guided Mindfulness breathing exercises make up 10 mins of each session and we sit in chairs.
