FAQs

  • WHAT IS INFERTILITY COACHING?
Infertility Coaching is an aspect of Life Coaching. It's a collaborative process focused on helping you navigate the complex challenges and emotional impact of infertility or childlessness in a confident and safe way. Infertility Coaching honours you as the expert in your life. It views you as resourceful, capable, and whole. It's not focused on fixing fertility issues but on supporting you to navigate the challenges you’re experiencing. You'll feel resilient and positive to face challenges and be able to cope with whatever emerges.
  • HOW IS INFERTILITY COACHING DIFFERENT TO FERTILITY COUNSELLING OR THERAPY?
While similar to counselling or therapy for fertility problems, the key difference is that infertility coaching is focused on the here and now, and moving forward to where you want to be. Infertility coaching doesn’t focus on what's gone wrong but on making changes today to create the future you desire.
